Shanghai FFWheels Co., Ltd. was founded in 2024, headquarters factory located in Jinhua, Zhejiang. The factory started production in October 2010 and specializes in the production of aluminum alloy wheels. It covers an area of 60 acres, with a building area of 30,000 square meters, a registered capital of 35 million RMB, and a total investment of 200 million RMB. Our company has advanced production and testing equipment ( X-ray testing machines, radial testing machines, impact testing machines, bending testing machines, spectrometers, and film thickness measuring instruments for R&D and testing etc). Owning a professional management and technical team, 30 scientific research personnel, including 16 senior technical staff, special focus on the designing and development of new wheel hubs, providing multiple OEM brands for clients. Qualified with ISO/TS 16949 quality management system, BS OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system , ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, VIA, TUV, and DOT certifications etc. In the past two years, we has invested nearly 6 million RMB annually in researching, designing and developing molds to specialize in wheel hub products. This has greatly improved the development of our main products and high value-added products, promoted product innovation, and expanded sales to Europe, America, Japan, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa etc.
